I have a daughter who almost 21 (Lord help me) now and is going to culinary school. She has always been a good cook and wanted to be a chef when she was younger. That goal faded in high school but I'm glad to see she wants it again. I would support any choice she made, but I really think that one suits her. She is a natural at it and I believe in following your natural talents.
